OMG, you guys. Ariana Grande just posted a very emotional message to fans on Instagram, and we seriously have no tears left to cry.

As we all know, the “Thank U, Next” songstress has gone through a lot over the past year. From the death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller to her failed engagement to Pete Davidson, life definitely hasn’t been easy for the pop star. However, she’s made it through the storm and she’s so ready and grateful to be going back out on tour.

“About to embark on my third tour and am for sure deep as f–k in my feelings and getting my period so…. this is probably gonna be too much,” she wrote. “But i just want to say how grateful i am for my life, for the people in it, for the ups and challenges, for the laughter and the pain, for this music and for the lifelong friendships i’ve made thru making it (that includes my friendship with y’all).” Aw, how sweet is that?!

After explaining that she can’t even comprehend all that’s happened in her life over the course of the last few years, she revealed that just a few months ago she didn’t think she would be emotionally ready to go on tour again. Now, however, she credits the fans and the music for turning her life around and for making her feel “lighter.”

“I cant really fathom all that has happened over the past few years,” the “7 Rings” singer added. “… A few months ago i told my team i wasn’t even in an okay enough place to tour or work at all and my friends, you guys and this music really saved my life and turned everything around. i’m still healing but i feel a lot lighter as of late and i think this is really going to be such a beautiful time. thank god we are doing this. i can’t imagine what else i’d do and i want you to know how thankful i am.”

The 25-year-old closed out her touching Instagram post by saying she’s working super hard to get the show ready, and that she’s taking a little break from her phone and putting all of her attention on getting ready for tour. Don’t worry, though. Her social media hiatus shouldn’t last too long.

“I’m gonna go focus on finishing this show for y’all and put my phone away for a little (how much u wanna bet i don’t last a day) so i don’t ruin all the surprises. thank you. for everything. i am so deeply and eternally grateful. life is wild. but your love and this music make it feel so sweet. love u.”

We love you too, Ari!
