Get ready, Harry Styles fans, because the singer may be starring in a brand new movie! Yep, an actor from the upcoming Star Wars film just dropped a major clue that the One Direction member has a secret cameo in the flick, and fans are seriously freaking out about it.

For those who missed it, stars like Daniel Craig, Tom Hardy, Prince William and Prince Harry have all secretly appeared in past Star Wars films as stormtroopers — the fictional soldiers for the Galactic Empire. Since the characters wear big white suits that cover their entire bodies and faces, the stars went undetected in the movies! Now, Mark Hamill (who plays Luke Skywalker in the franchise), has hinted that fans might want to keep their eyes peeled for the “Sign of the Times” crooner in the newest installment to the series — Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker.

“Tonight #TheRiseOfSkywalker premiere finally brings closure to my dysfunctional family! Wonder who’ll be the #SecretStormtrooper in this one? Considering they’ve all been U.K. Superstars (two royals and two actors) but still no singer, all the clues point in one direction,” the actor wrote on Twitter, alongside a photo of Harry.

As fans know, Harry actually dressed up as a Stormtrooper for Halloween this year, so if he is appearing in the new film, he’s already had some practice for the role! The 25-year-old made his acting debut back in 2017, when he starred in the film Dunkirk. It was reported that he was in the talks to play Prince Eric in Disney’s upcoming live-action remake of The Little Mermaid, but he ultimately turned down the role to focus on his music instead.

Get this — there’s also a chance that Ed Sheeran may make a cameo in Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker. A new trailer for the movie debuted during the 2019 American Music Awards, and fans quickly noticed the “Thinking Out Loud” singer in it.

The two-and-a-half minute teaser highlighted the intense impact the Star Wars films have had on fans and celebrities around the world, while sprinkling images from the new movie throughout. According to Entertainment Weekly though, a representative for Disney said that Ed isn’t confirmed to appear in the film after all, and that the footage was from “fan events over the years.”

Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker hits theaters on December 20, 2019, and fans can’t wait!
