It may have been more than a year since James Charles and Tati Westbrook‘s famous feud took place, but the drama isn’t over yet. Yep, Nikita Dragun just seemingly shaded James for his apology video to Tati, and fans are pretty shook over the interaction.

For those who forgot, back in May 2019, Tati posted a video where she accused the beauty guru of lying, manipulating and being a disrespectful person, after he supported one of her rival vitamin companies. At the time, James shared a lengthy YouTube video of his own, where he apologized for everything.

But now, over 12 months later, Nikita has seemingly reignited the entire thing in the comments of a new video! In the clip, which was posted to TikTok on Monday, May 25, Nikita pretended to accidentally hit her friend Tony Lopez in the head. James was a total fan of the hilarious video, and he took to the comment section to praise her.

“I love this Oscar winning performance,” he wrote.

“Better acting than some apology vids I’ve seen,” the YouTuber fired back.

Ouch! Well guys, it’s likely that Nikita was just joking with her shady comment, since she and James are actually pretty close friends! It turns out, she even defended the makeup mogul when the original drama was going down. She explained at the time that James needed to get into the VIP section at Coachella to ensure his safety, so she set him up with the vitamin company Sugar Bear.

“Heard a situation needed some clarification,” she tweeted, along with screenshots of their text messages. “My friend was in an emergency and texted me in the moment… Unfortunately since @dragunbeauty used all of our marketing budget on the fantasy, I connected him with Sugar Bear. Nothing shady.”

“The SugarBearHair thing — that was a blatant lie,” Tati had claimed in her video. “You went to Coachella, somehow had a security issue and magically SugarBearHair is there with a contract in hand to save the day for you and all of your friends. No company would ever go out of their way to have an extra handful of passes that cost thousands of dollars a piece just in case. There’s value there and there’s value exchange. Brands know what they’re doing, and that leads me to believe that this was orchestrated beforehand, but he had an emotional conflict because of me and promises he made to me behind-the-scenes.”
