Gossip Girl only has one more "xoxo" left in her.
Yup, after six seasons, your "one and only source into the scandalous lives of Manhattan's elite" will be retiring tonight as 'Gossip Girl' says its final farewell with the series finale airing tonight on the The CW at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
To toast our favorite clan of Upper East Siders off the air, the J-14 Magazine staff is
recounting our favorite moments from the series' history...
"My favorite moment was at the end of Season 2 when Chuck finally told Blair that he loved her. It was two seasons in the making and I'm glad these two are finally going to end up together... here's to hoping for a happily ever after -- these two were made for each other!" -- Photo Assistant Nicole Mazza
"I loved the first season's masquerade ball episode, 'The Handmaiden's Tale' -- especially when Nate accidentally kisses Jenny thinking she's Serena! That episode was full of drama and the dresses were out of this world! If 'Gossip Girl' knows one thing, it's definitely high fashion!" -- Editorial Associate Katie Amey
"No question -- my hands-down favorite moment is the Season 2 finale when Chuck comes back from Europe and finally tells Blair, 'I love you too.' From the New York City scenery to Blair's bright green coat and 'Seasons of Love' by Shiny Toy Guns playing in the background, it's the absolute perfect 'Gossip Girl' moment." -- Deputy Editor Ashley Spencer
"Of all of the OMG-worthy moments that 'Gossip Girl' supplied us with, one of my favorites was when we found out that Bart Bass was really alive. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was in that room and then I was shocked, happy, and sad all at the same time. That show really plays with your emotions!" -- Assistant Editor Laura Knipping
"Does every time Chuck and Blair got back together count? I love those two." -- Designer Tanya Swartz
"I know I should be rooting for Blair and Chuck -- I mean, has there ever been a more perfect couple in TV history? Yet there's something about the mismatched chemistry of Blair and Dan that I loved even more. I mean, how cute were their discrete movie-watching dates?! Love." -- Editor-in-Chief Rachel Chang
