Celebrity splits are always hard, but could become harder if they still have to work together after the breakup!
Sometimes, Hollywood’s biggest names fall in love with their costars and are forced to continue their on-screen relationships after calling it quits in real life. Some Riverdale stars — like Camila Mendes, Charles Melton, Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse — know this feeling all too well, but they’re not the only ones. Most famously, after Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev split up, they continued to act together on The Vampire Diaries set as “consummate professionals.”
“They will continue to work together and remain best friends, which is where the relationship started,” a source told Us Weekly at the time of their breakup in 2013.
