Brace yourselves, people, because more than 14 years after High School Musical premiered, the cast is set to reunite for the upcoming “Disney’s Family Singalong” concert! Yep, according to Deadline, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman, Lucas Grabeel and Zac Efron have all agreed to participate, and we cannot wait! Seriously, seeing them together again is going to be a dream come true!

So get this — the stars are going to team up to perform the throwback HSM anthem “We’re All In This Together” together, but from the comfort of their own homes! Due to the coronavirus pandemic, they unfortunately can’t physically meet up, but this virtual reunion is going to be everything we ever wanted.

“I wanted to find something I can do to participate and it was so great to be given the call and invited by ABC to join,” director Kenny Ortega told the outlet. “It gave me a purpose to get up every morning. I feel really good that we have an opportunity to do something like this — it’s good medicine.“

Kenny explained that at first, Zac almost wasn’t a part of the upcoming reunion, but thankfully, they were able to get him on board!

“We couldn’t reach Zac until late but when we did, he immediately jumped in, of course,” he continued. “Everyone we reached out to was quick — and you’ll see it in their spirit and the way they come together from their homes. They recognize this is an opportunity to strengthen spirits for those joining us for the broadcast.”

This is seriously the best news ever! And that’s not all — just wait until you see who else is on the star-studded lineup! Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Elle Fanning, Josh Groban, Darren Criss, Tori Kelly, Marcus Scribner, Josh Gad, John Stamos, Auli’i Cravalho, Christina Aguilera, Kristin Chenoweth, Michael Bublé, Raven-Symoné, Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Booboo Stewart, Sarah Jeffery, Meg Donnelly, Milo Manheim, Joshua Bassett, Olivia Rodrigo, Sofia Wylie, Charli D’Amelio, Dixie D’Amelio and the cast of Broadway’s Aladdin are all also set to perform from their homes for the upcoming event! Wow, talk about a dream team.
