Twenty-year-old Mariah Yeater filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber on Monday claiming that he is the father of her three-month-old baby boy named Tristyn. According to court documents, the two met after his concert at the Staples Center in L.A. on October 25, 2010, after a security guard brought her backstage.
Mariah told the judge, "When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives, but no one ever called me back." Now, she's asking the courts to order that Justin take a paternity test to "scientifically prove" that he's the father of her child.

Justin's lawyer said in a statement, "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."
