When a celebrity couple makes things red carpet official, it’s always a pretty big deal — right? What about when a star shows up to an awards show in a super revealing or scandalous outfit? Or when a musician or actor debuts a drastic new hairdo at an event? Yeah, besides seeing Hollywood’s biggest stars dressed up in their most glamorous dresses and most swoon-worthy suits, it’s always pretty exciting when something dramatic happens at a red carpet event.
As 2019 comes to an end, J-14 decided it’s time to take a look back at the most memorable things that went down on the red carpet this year. Between Tana Mongeau showing up with a legit snake at the MTV Video Music Awards and Miley Cyrus licking Liam Hemsworth‘s face at the Met Gala, there have been some seriously wild red carpet moments this year. Let’s also not forget the time Blake Lively revealed she was expecting her third baby with Ryan Reynolds when she showed up to the Pokémon Detective Pikachu premiere with a baby bump! Or what about the time Selena Gomez graced the red carpet at the Frozen 2 premiere with her little sister Gracie? That was pretty adorable, TBH.
